Little Things // Paris
Little things I love about Paris
+ The different styles of Metro stations: orange tile, copper with bolts and submarine windows, metal and mirrors, lettered tiles
+ How fashionable people are. Almost everyone is stylishly dressed.
+ The cafes everywhere. I think there were more cafes than stores!
+ The way people seem to hang out together often despite the busyness of city life. In all the cafes and parks, there were groups of people chatting and lounging about together.
+ The plants on balconies, windowsills, and rooftop gardens. Despite being in the city, Parisians find ways to incorporate greenery into their lives.
+ The Seine
+ The Eiffel Tower
+ The old buildings
+ The apartments
+ The accents
+ The diversity. This might have had something to do with the tourists, but I saw plenty of local Parisians who were dark-skinned or Asian or Middle-Eastern.
+ The red-brown clay chimneys

I love all your sharings. As much as I have traveled, I never did any recordings such as your blogs. Love your ability to capture the essence of your visits. Love ya, Nana
